42nd AGM Notification, 2026

The committee of the High Wycombe Advanced Motorists would like to warmly invite our Members and associates our 42nd Annual General Meeting.

Please ensure that any topics you wish to raise under AOB on the Agenda are notified to the Group Secretary by email by 24th February.

• Time: 7:30PM (convening from 7:15PM)
• Venue: Garden Room, Liston Hall, Chapel St, Marlow SL7 1DD
• Parking: Liston Road car park adjacent to Liston Hall is free after 7.00pm.
• RSVP: To help with catering and seating arrangements, numbers are limited to 40 HWGAM members only. Members have been emailed an invite with a registration form to complete whether, or not you intend to join us. If you have NOT received this email, please email the Group Secretary.

The formal business of the AGM will be followed by a short break when light refreshments will be available.

SPEAKER: We are pleased to welcome Rob Heard MBE, Founder and Chair of the Older Drivers Forum as our keynote speaker. His presentation is entitled 'Helping Older Drivers Stay Safer for Longer'.

Rob is a former police officer and has been involved in road safety for over 40 years. He has worked with the IAM for many years and was awarded an MBE in 2017 for his services to road safety. Rob is passionate about helping older drivers stay safe on the roads and has been instrumental in raising awareness of the challenges they face.
